Fasting is a structured eating pattern that alternates between periods of eating and not eating, helping to promote fat loss, improve metabolism, and support cellular detox.
It can also help regulate hormones, particularly by balancing insulin and cortisol levels, which can ease symptoms related to hormonal imbalances such as mood swings, fatigue, and weight gain.

Mandy and I followed the 7 week program, and honestly, I was sceptical about this.. However on completion, Mandy helped me to think about things differently and because she was always so positive, I could not help but finish each week with a smile on my face, and ready to face the challenges that the menopause throws at us!
